ALL THINGS CHRISTMAS AT PROV & OUR 2024 GIFT GUIDE
We have festive events, menus and special retail products here just for this season so we decided to summarise everything in one, convenient blog post for your one-stop, Prov Christmas guide. We’ll also dive into our Christmas coffee selection for this year and to finish off, round up our 2024 gift guide - this year we’re spoilt with choice!
LEVEL UP YOUR ORDER WITH OUR FESTIVE MENU
Before anything was decided, it was a given that we would have Mince Pies from Find Me Cooking back on the bar. They’re a festive staple for us and there was no negotiating on that one.
This year we’ve also added some more seasonal sweet treats with Biscoff & Ginger Muffins and Candy Cane Chocolate Slices from the Creative Bake Co. If you want indulgence, the chocolate slices are heavenly.
If you’re looking forward to coffee and cake but you want to give it the Christmas treatment, pairing the Biscoff & Ginger Muffin with a Gingerbread Latte is a killer combo.
Not wanting caffeine right now? Swap out the coffee for one of our new Blendsmiths Hot Chocolate.
When it comes to our festive toasty, the people answered and we delivered. Back by very popular demand is the Brie, Cranberry and Optional Bacon Ciabatta. We learnt that you guys get very defensive of your Christmas toasty fillings but we like that, nothing wrong with a bit of (Christmas) spirit.
MULLED WINE SPECIAL. This coming Saturday ONLY we’ll be serving a mulled wine special at Big Prov. The perfect weekend treat to get into the festive spirit.
CHRISTMAS COFFEE SELECTIONS
This year we have more coffees than ever on the bar and on retail for Christmas. Don’t forget, we can grind your coffee beans inhouse for your home brewing method of choice and you get a FREE cup of coffee when your purchase 2 x 250g retail bags of any kind.
Here’s a quick round up of what we’ve got and how you can get hold of it…
Christmas Blend from Heartland Coffee Roasters - two of this year’s most loved Heartland coffees have been blended in order to create their 2024 Christmas Blend. With wonderfully festive cupping notes of mulled wine, cinnamon, boozy and sweet, this blend is available in 250g retail bags.
DRAGON from Dark Arts Coffee - this is a natural coffee from Brazil with tasting notes of chocolate, grape, Brazil nut and caramel. DRAGON is on rotation as our current Guest Filter or as 250g retail boxes (you can’t miss the boxes on our retail shelves, their new branding is glorious and makes for great gifts straight off the shelf).
GUJI FLIP FLOPS from Dark Arts Coffee - another natural coffee from Dark Arts, this time from Ethiopia with strawberry, apple and dried fruit tasting notes. GUJI FLIP FLOPS is also on rotation as our current Guest Filter or as 250g retail boxes.
Landmark House Blend from Heartland Coffee Roasters - a crowd favourite. A very drinkable coffee with cupping notes like full bodies, smooth, chocolate and nut. Landmark is available on espresso or in 250g retail bags.
Colombia Pink Bourbon Hybrid Washed from Heartland Coffee Roasters - we want whatever roast we feature to be different, maybe quirky or experimental. This might be because of the variety of coffee beans used or the roasting process, there are a number of variables that influence a coffee’s flavour profile.
Swiss Water Process Decaf Blend from Heartland Coffee Roasters - a decaf coffee that tastes delcicious with cupping notes of sweet, smooth, cocoa and nut. This washed coffee uses chemical free processes to achieve decaffeination and is available on espresso and in 250g retail bags.

Providero Barista Workshop Tickets
YES, our Barista Workshops are back in 2025. Perfect for learning how to pour a barista quality coffee at home.
Tickets include a 2-hour small group workshop, including theory and practical sessions with a Prov Barista. You’ll also be provided with hot drinks throughout the session, a coffee info booklet and a 250g bag of retail coffee to take home (ground for your home brewing method of choice).
Tickets are £35.00 each and can be purchased instore or by getting in touch online.
