A GENTLE, RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA FLOW
Postures are held between 2 - 7 minutes, working deeply into the tissues of your body. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, using the extended length of time in each pose to release blockages in our meridians (energy lines throughout the body) and explore the challenge of physical & mental stillness in each pose. This class is great for all levels and especially good to balance out our busy, fast-paced Western lives! You'll explore your way into your body through this sweet and surrendering practice. The aim is to completely relax to help the body reach a deeper stretch, and allow the mind to switch off. This will be a class accessible for complete beginners and more experienced practitioners, and will massively improve your flexibility and mobility without a lot of movement around the mat.
There are only 20 spaces available a week, so please book your space early to avoid disappointment. Booking essential.

The following equipment is provided: mat, blocks, strap, cushion, bolster, blanket, lavender eye pillow
